Soy Free (Chocolate) Sales must be contacted prior to any return. We can not accept opened product. Product must be returned to us in perfect condition, including using Styrofoam and chill packs if used in original shipping. We will issue a refund for any unused product, or credit your account.

E-invoice will be sent to you if necessary. Pay e-invoice online with Credit Card or Pay Pal.  We do not have access to your credit card.

We ship via Post Ofc. Priority Mail for most orders. It ususlly takes 3-4 business days after we ship for you to receive your order. Please allow 5-7 additional days during Christmas and Easter times.  All orders are packaged properly for shipping in hot weather. We are not responsible for damage during shipping or delivery caused by the Post Ofc. or UPS.
