1) CHOCOLATE WILL START TO MELT WHEN THE TEMPERATURES ARE IN THE HIGH SIXTIES:

IN ORDER TO CHARGE THE LOWEST SHIPPING COST AND SAVE YOU MONEY, WE WILL SEND YOU AN E-INVOICE FOR HEAT-RESISTANT PACKAGING BASED ON THE TEMPERATURES AND YOUR LOCATION. CHILL PACKS AND STYROFOAM ARE REUSABLE.

YOU CAN WAIVE THE WARM WEATHER MATERIALS CHARGE, BUT WE WILL NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR CHOCOLATE WILL BE IN GOOD CONDITION WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT.

2) WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT, OR ANY DAMAGE THAT THE POST OFFICE OR UPS DOES. WE SPECIFICALLY TELL THE POSTAL PEOPLE  NOT  TO LEAVE THE CHOCOLATE IN HEAT OR SUN. IF THEY DO SO, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.  

3) REGARDING RETURNS: SOY FREE CHOCOLATE SPECIALTIES MUST BE CONTACTED PRIOR TO ANY RETURN. (We have only had 3 returns in 15 years due to customers ordering the wrong product.)

PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN PERFECT CONDITION, INCLUDING THE USE OF CHILL PACKS AND STYROFOAM IF USED INITIALLY.  

4) WE SHIP VIA POST OFC. PRIORITY MAIL. IT USUALLY TAKES 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER WE SHIP FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 ADDITIONAL BUSINESS DAYS DURING EASTER AND CHRISTMAS TIMES.
