In 2003, I discovered that I had a soy allergy. I had to figure this out myself through an elimination diet, because soy wasn't generally recognized as an allergen back then. When I read labels on products, I discovered that soy was present in very many products. It was also "disguised" in such ingredients as "MSG," "Natural Ingredients," and others. I had a difficult time finding products without soy, and I was especially interested in chocolate and other sweets.
It was suggested to me that, if I had such a hard time finding sweets without soy, other people must have the same dilemma. So I started my own business in 2004. Through my continued research, I found that people rarely have just one allergy, and that soy is closely related to other legumes like peanuts. We began offering products completely free from soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and GMOs.
We received hundreds of messages from happy and relieved customers all over the United States, Canada, and other parts of the world. We even received photos and videos of children eating their first soy-free chocolate that came from our company!
Over the years, we have developed our own products, like our "Allergen-Free Mini Chips" that are free from ALL common allergens, including soy, gluten, dairy, casein, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and eggs. We also developed allergen-free and soy-free holiday items, like Santas, Easter Rabbits, and Eggs, Hearts for all occasions, Chocolate Shoes, and Chocolate Cars!
Because our chocolate is so delicious and made of pure ingredients, we have many customers who don't have allergies, and just purchase our chocolate because it tastes so good.
