Coffee Chocolate Chips: Cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter (by-product of processing of cocoa), coffee. (Item # 0447). M. Cluizel is mfr. Tree nuts, milk and gluten are located in other parts of the manufacturing plant.

Economy Chocolate Chips: Sugar (Evaporated Cane Juice), chocolate liquor (made from ground cocoa beans-not liquor), cocoa butter (by-product of chocolate production--not dairy). Free of all common allergens. Made in dedicated area.

Vanilla Cake Mix: Evaporated cane juice, sweet brown rice flour, tapioca flour, arrowroot flour, rice milk powder, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt, ground vanilla bean, xanthan gum. (Our xanthan gum is not derived from corn.) Item # 0501. Free of all common allergens. Kosher.
